Reset Project February – May 2024

The Re-Set project, commencing Thursday 8 February, is offered by Western District Health Service and aims to provide an intensive 4 month program to improve your  physical, mental health, through multiple adventure activities and also target an increase in community involvement in the Southern Grampians region.

1) Open to 12 participants from the Southern Grampians Shire that have noticed a decline in their Physical and mental health or became more socially isolative since the COVID pandemic / lock downs.

2) Seeking Adults between the ages of 18 to 65 year old.

3) The re-set project runs from February to May 2024 and all participants need to commit to Thursday evening sessions and some weekend activities.

4) This is not a recreation program. It is a therapy program and measuring change in individuals physical / mental health and sense of community involvement.

5) The re-set Project will be evaluated for changes in individual and community health measures. Research ethics approval has been approved by Barwon Health Ethics Committee.
