If you have been nominated to receive a vaccine please read the information below.
Prior to receiving your vaccine
- book an appointment
- pre-register your contact and Medicare details and answer the vaccine prescreening questions about your health (pre-registration for nominated members only)
- read the patient information sheets
On the day of the clinic
- come 10-15 mins early
- bring your Medicare card and Photo ID
- wear short sleeve clothing
- allow 15-30 minutes after the vaccine for monitoring (required)
