South West Community Transport Program
-
The South West Community Transport Program assists people in South West Victoria to access transport through provision of information about public transport, other transport services available in their community and support and subsidy programs.
The South West Community Transport Program does not provide a direct transport service, but provides information on, and encourages use of, existing transport services. The Program Coordinator works with communities to develop solutions to local transport issues. A small amount of funding in available through the program to assist people to access transport in exceptional circumstances only.
Information sessions about transport options and supports can be arranged by contacting the Program Coordinator.
WDHS also receives funding under the state wide Transport Connections program for South West Transport Connections; see (link) for more information.
